Terms & Conditions Summary:

• Equipment will be fabricated and shipped only after receipt of credit card authorization.
• Prices shown for Standard Panel models are subject to change without notice.
• Prices listed for Standard Panel models includes packaging cost. However, freight charges, insurance and any applicable sales taxes will be charged in addition to the listed prices.
• Our sales department may provide purchase assistance by supplying specific part numbers used for our Standard Panels. However, the Customer assumes total responsibility for determining the applicability of these components to the customer’s specific requirements. The customer may contact the PLC manufacturer directly, or contact their local distributor for detailed specifications on components used and for application assistance.
• Once shipped, Standard Control Panels cannot be returned for refund or exchange. All sales are final.
• All equipment will be powered up at our shop and wiring checked completely prior to shipment. No further testing is provided.
• All significant components of the fabricated panels, specifically the breakers, fuses, power supplies and control elements will be individually UL-listed. However, the fabricated panels will NOT be labeled as a complete assembly. C&E Design is not approved for UL labeling equipment.
